Arts Tower is home for School of Architecture and Department of Landscape of University of Sheffield. This one of the tallest buildings in Sheffield was designed by architects Gollins, Melvin, Ward & Partners.

 

Construction of the building have started in 1963 and has been completed in 1965. 

Materials: Concrete, glass, steel.

Interesting fact: Inside of the building you will find a paternoster lift which, at 38 cars, is the largest of the few surviving in the United Kingdom.
